Blog Section #22 : Yoga Follow-Up
Week #1
Basketball wasn’t the first sport that I played and I was always terrible at doing shots. However, I love watching others play, getting all rilled up if your team is winning. There was just always something that made it so much fun and interesting to watch. Furthermore, I love photography and this picture just portrays basketball and photography at the same time.

Week #3 Questions
On a scale of 1-10, what effort did you give the workout this week?
- I’d give myself an 7.5 since there were moments where I stopped and continued, which is, in a way, cheating. I somehow was capable of finishing and am satisfied that I was able to continue even feeling this way.

- Laziness and procrastination.
- The excuse of being tired or having no time.
